Galán hivatalosan is bepanaszolta az ügyet az RFEF-nél. Osasuna say that Real Madrid have NOT violated any rules since it’s a common practice for teams to register young signings with youth teams. @COPE
Miguel Ángel Galán, president of the CENAFE coaching school, has formally urged the Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) to investigate Real Madrid’s registration of new signing Franco Mastantuono with their reserve team, Castilla. Although Mastantuono was signed for the first team, Galán argues that registering him with the reserves violates the spirit of RFEF regulations—particularly Article 125—and constitutes a form of legal fraud. He claims this practice allows clubs to bypass first-team squad limitations and undermines fair competition.
In his complaint, Galán calls for immediate action before Madrid’s next match against Oviedo and criticizes the lack of sanctions in similar past cases, which he believes has normalized a fraudulent system. Additionally, Galán has written to RFEF president Pedro Rocha Louzán, proposing broader reforms, including the creation of a separate league for reserve teams and a new rule requiring reserve players to appear in at least five official reserve matches before being eligible for first-team play. He argues these measures are necessary to protect the integrity of Spanish football.
