Miguel Galan ismert madridi sportjogász szerint szabályt sérthetünk és büntit kockáztatunk ha csak a felnőttcsapatban fog játszani Mastantuono de a Castillába regisztráljuk.
Registering Mastantuono with Real Madrid Castilla instead of the first team could be considered a legal loophole or even a fraud of law.
Although Real Madrid could register Mastantuono as a Castilla player to keep a spot open on the first team roster until the transfer window closes on September 2, this move is risky. According to Articles 125, 126, and 250 of the RFEF regulations, such an action could be deemed a violation of the spirit of the rules, especially if the player is only going to play with the first team.
The regulations state that the relationship between a first team and its B team must not be used to circumvent rules or for purposes beyond what’s specifically allowed. Any such maneuver could be declared null and void, and considered fraudulent.
Given Mastantuono’s contract and transfer fee, he is clearly a first-team player. Registering him with a Castilla number (like #30) while exclusively playing him for the first team goes against the intended purpose of the rules.
If Madrid uses this strategy, they risk being penalized for improper player registration (as per Article 248), and the RFEF Disciplinary Code would apply.
"Down for Rodrygo... Éder Militao. Carvajal. It's Carvajal's cross... RODRYGOOO, oooh it's extraordinary!!! They prayed for miracles and miracles arrived! REAL MADRID, THE TEAM OF DREAMS. Where has that come from? How did that happen?!"
