THIRD.
In the case at hand and in light of the allegations made by Real Madrid CF, the following considerations are made:

(i) Firstly, this Committee does not find any grounds to establish a manifest material error in this case.
Neither the submitted images nor the expert evidence provided lead to the unequivocal conclusion that the player did not say the phrase attributed to him in the official match report, but rather a different one. In particular, the video evidence does not allow for the exact moment in which the player pronounces the phrase in its entirety to be determined, making it impossible for this Committee to distinguish the preposition accompanying the verb "fuck." Given this reality, the expert reports and the Club's own interpretative efforts to construct their version of what was actually said are certainly respectable, but insufficient to overturn the presumption of accuracy of the official match report, as stated in the second section of this Resolution.

(ii) Secondly, the precedent invoked by the Club (our Resolution of January 5, 2024) leads to the same conclusion. It is clear that each case must be examined individually, based on the evidence presented. In this particular case, the evidence provided by the Club does not allow for an unequivocal and beyond-reasonable-doubt conclusion that what was recorded in the official match report was not the phrase used by the player.
Indeed, in that previous case, we stated that "The repeated review of the images has, in fact, allowed this Committee to conclude beyond any doubt that the action leading to the expulsion did not occur as described by the referee, and thus, a manifest material error in the match report was confirmed. The images demonstrated that the player actually said 'One, two, three, four, fuck,' as the Club claims in its written argument and as the translator confirms in their report. However, none of this leads the Committee to believe that it was inappropriate for the referee to record what he believed he heard in the match report."
This Committee has followed the same criteria when reviewing this case, and unlike the precedent from 2024, this repeated review of the images does not allow for the same definitive conclusion beyond reasonable doubt.

(iii) Lastly, it should be noted that this Committee does not consider the possible meaning of the phrase that the player may have uttered, as its actual wording has not been irrefutably established.

FOURTH.
Finally, and in light of the above, this Committee determines that the facts recorded in the official match report do not constitute a disciplinary offense under Article 124 of the RFEF (Royal Spanish Football Federation) Disciplinary Code. Therefore, it is not appropriate to impose the sanction initially proposed in this proceeding, so the case is dismissed.
